I went on a very special lunch date with my mom and sister to the Maple Grove Tea House in St. Andrews, Manitoba.  The tea house is located inside a heritage house built in the late 1800's and is surrounded by lush gardens on the banks of the Red River.  The view is spectacular, not to mention the food is so delicious and everything is made from scratch every morning in the restaurant kitchen. 

So what do I wear to such an event?  A lovely pastry and macaroon skirt! I think the sweet treat skirt is so fitting for a tea house and the colors of the skirt are so bright and cheerful! It made me smile and few other people at the tea house! I think the combination of the soft and bold colors make a yummy look!
